Bir grup terapisi yöntemi olan “Psikodrama” çalışmalarında, “Yaşamda karşılaştığımız zorluklarla ne şekilde baş ediyoruz?”, “Kullandığımız yollar işimize yarıyor mu?”, “Yaramadığını fark ediyorsak başka neler yapabiliriz?” ve benzeri sorularımıza psikodrama yoluyla çözümler aranmaktadır. Bu temelde psikodrama grubundaki çalışmada, ailemizden ve daha önceki kuşaklarımızdan bize ulaşan ve kendinizle bağını kurabileceğiniz yaşantı ve ilişkilerimizi yaparak, yaşayarak, oynayarak ve gözden geçirerek bu günkü “ben”e ve geleceğe bakmanıza eşlik etmek amaçlanmaktadır.

In “Psychodrama” studies, which is a group therapy method, questions such as “How do we cope with the difficulties we encounter in life?”, “Do the methods we use work for us?”, “If we realize that they do not work, what else can we do?” Solutions to our questions and similar questions are sought through psychodrama. On this basis, the work in the psychodrama group aims to accompany you in looking at today’s “I” and the future by doing, living, playing and reviewing our experiences and relationships that have come to us from our family and previous generations and that you can connect with yourself.

Oturumlar kapalı grup şeklinde sürdürülecek ve 16 oturum sürecektir. Başvurmak isteyenler aşağıda bağlantısı belirtilen formu doldurabilirler. Başvurunuzun ardından sizlerle bir ön görüşme yapılacak ve ayrıntılı bilgi paylaşılacaktır.

Psikodrama grup çalışması Doç. Dr. Hadiye Küçükkaragöz yöneticiliğinde ve Uzm. Psikolojik Danışman Dilek Özyürek yardımcı yöneticiliğinde sürdürülecektir.

Psychodrama group work will be continued under the direction of Associate Professor Hadiye Küçükkaragöz and the assistant management of Expert Psychological Counselor Dilek Özyürek.
